Have a 2013 TRD OR with Electric Brake Boosting system - so I have a separate clutch fluid reservoir.

Can I just use a vacuum bleeder on the slave cylinder and make sure the reservoir stays full? Or do I need to have someone pump the pedal? Can't find any info in the service manual.

Go for a gravity bleed. Fill up the rez, put a tube on the bleeder nipple, and open it up, fluid should flow on its own due to gravity, no pumping needed. Never liked vacuum bleeds as they often pull air into the system via the threads of the bleed nipple.

Got it I'll give it a shot. Any idea on timeframe? Will it takes a few seconds or few hours to get the old fluid out with only gravity?

should go somewhat quick, the fluid is thicker, but not so thick that its not going to flow with gravity. Keep an eye on the rez level. 3 beer job id imagine, 1 for setup, 1 during bleeding, 1 for cleanup.

I don't have the electric brake boosting system, but the Motive system works great on my brakes and clutches.
