To figure out how many miles you rode. How many times did you have to stop for gas?

 

Only once. Heading home. I have around 1400 now

 

I am going with 93 miles total for the day

So... my Second Saddlemen seat gets here Wednesday...

That was the fastest $1000 I’ve ever spent on the same mod before.

BUTTTTT... it could of been worse. He could of tipped my bike over or some shit. Idk .. I’m just trying to make myself feel somewhat better

I knew a couple guys that helped a friend pick up his bike because he was too drunk to ride home. Three guys picked it up and put it in the back of a truck because none of them knew how to ride. Turns out the drunk guy lied and tricked his friends to stealing a bike for him. A friends jeep had the top cut up for an iPod shuffle even though the windows could’ve been zipped open.

Moral of the story is: anything can get took.

I always look at something in terms of how easy it is to take and if I know someone that would take it- no matter what it costs. People will steal bubble gum if you make it easy for them.

 

Does anyone have a spare.... rubber stoppper thing that comes with your seat ?


It’s the part that goes between the seat bracket and the body of the motorcycle to stop any scratching when tightening the bolt that holds your seat to the bike.


Mines gone. And I can’t remember if the Saddlemen seat comes with one or if we re-used the stock one from the stock seat.

 

The saddleman comes with it. There is no rubber washer on the stock seat.

you can get rubber washers at a hardware store. look at plumbing bushings if you want thicker or firmer.

 

I hit another milestone on my scoot today. I officially have 3,000 miles under my belt, the Ninja just rolled over to 24,000 miles (it had 21,000 when I bought it).
At what point am I no longer a “new rider”?
