Hey guys quick question ,I got this metal bottle cap clicking noise, doesn’t happen when turning and I haven’t been able to get under to check out. I tried posting a video but it doesn’t allow me to do it. I was thinking maybe axle or possibly needle bearing. I wish I could post a video of it.

I did that before replacing the gas cap. @MidnightRebel07 any idea on the type of shop. In the middle of nowhere I can't imagine any shops around here but a dealership. I really don't want to go that route.

The boot does have a little residue towards the motor. But no play in it. Unfortunately I do have a nail in the tire but never made that noise when it was in it. I will inspect more tomorrow

The pool is 3 years old. It replaced one that was 15 years old. Yes this stays up all year, just covered during the off season.

That's probably nothing. It's used as a place holder for some reason. A local restaurant I got to shows up like that until they finalize the charge.

Good morning, fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!! What a gorgeous day yesterday was. Got a little work done early on the apiary and replacing a part on my Zero Turn...then spent the rest of the day at our pool. This is my last work-week before I retire.

We built this pool about 5 years ago - replaced the original in-ground that was down by the farmhouse on our property. The old one was huge - 40'X20' with a 9' deep diving section. It lasted 42 years before finally the pipes began to leak too much. Plus it was right alongside the dirt road that goes through the property (it was down by the white building with the star on it that you can see in the extreme right of the picture). We opted to move the new pool close to our house up the hill and went smaller - 15'X33'. Walk out the back door and you're at the pool. Life is good here at Mighty Mortgage Manor!!

I briefly entertained putting in an in-ground pool.

Then I looked up some cost estimates, said WTF, and ended that idea.

I used to have an in ground pool, then I had no where to park trucks, so now it is stoned parking area.

I don't have a space issue, fortunately. This is a photo of the house taken from a hot air balloon - my wife and I crew for a company and get to fly from time to time - back in 2012, about 3 years before we built the new pool. The new pool is located behind the garage at the edge of the yard, built into a slope.

    MMM3.jpg

This shows the backside of the house and the pool - obviously taken in winter.
