I didn't ride this weekend either unfortunately. Visited family on Saturday and yesterday just felt worn out.

Hopefully the chiro helps you out

Been there. Back pain is the worst. I found stretching and staying mobile helped me the most.

I have the back of a man double my age. I typically go to the chiro around every 6 months. I just looked when I last texted my doc and it was almost 6 months ago on the dot lol

Usually just muscles. Most of the time happens when I fall weird while surfing. Sometimes when lifting. I think this time was a combination of poor lifting technique and that I was hunched over building my PC in an awkward position on Friday. Usually just a single adjustment fixes me up and I’m good for the next 6 months. My girlfriends pretty much a physical therapist so I usually have her try and deep tissue massage me first and if that doesn’t work after a few days I know it’s chiro time for an adjustment

The FP3 has a bunch of features that make it really handy to have. Pairs to your phone via Bluetooth and aside from the initial tune, you can you can fine tune the map yourself if you know what you’re doing. The auto learning feature is cool but kinda finicky since you have to run it so it learns your riding style and the more you run that feature the better it tunes the map specific to your riding style- eventually. Not to mention you can can store several maps if you swap out parts often or want separate “street/highway/race” maps. You can also set it to run extra gauges while you ride and check and clear engine codes. I’m a fan of mine. Small investment for all those features.

for a helmet lock I use an old cable gunlock. There are different types of lock but that was free and it works just fine for me. The brightly colored cable should be a deterrent on its own too.

You could also look at something like this:

It’s small and easy to store On the bike and the small key doesn’t make your key ring feel like a janitor or something.

Took the daughter for a ride around the RV park the other day. Locked up the Grom afterwards and realized the next day the key was still in the ignition. Oops!

"yay, i like it and use it, sometimes it is annoying but i opt for it

some would say the cbr600rr is known for excessive engine braking, does it from the factory but with a tune you can adjust / remove"

you literally said it is annoying to engine brake, and with a tune it can be removed. no. and you "use" it? no. its not something you use or not, its how to properly ride. and whoever thinks engine braking is only for the track harsher on the engine than braking is on brakes, and that you could just coast to a stop, just stop. please stop. stop posting and stop riding motorcycles. you're acting really aggressively sarcastic to show you're smart but you sound like a moron over and over, but keep going because one other tard laughs along with you..and then you post a link that proves what I am saying, and that is the opposite of what you were trying to prove. like another said - this is why forums are declining.

lol damn i forgot about you whats up papa :brianr:

ok so listen dotard, there is such thing as "excessive engine braking" in todays world on modern bikes..

we all understand how an engine works here by design, and we all understand that engine braking does not turn on and off like a switch (if you could comprehend what you read you would have understood)

i encourage you to read the article i posted a couple days back when this was the hot topic of the day... in fact I will post it for you yet again...
    https://www.cycleworld.com/why-engine-braking-control-for-motorcycles-and-why-now/

    try reading it :jerkoff::blahblah:

ill be here all day so when you want to chime back in an properly explain where I am wrong...:playball:

i just cant stop laughing at the idea of me engine braking and rev matching as I cruise leisurely around town on my cbr at 35 mph any and every time I want to change gears and or stop/slow...
