Did a shop do it? If they did then it's on them to make it right, I would think. Unless they're trying to skirt the blame.

Did read the whole article. The one (2nd) paragraph does not cancel out the info on them being valuable pest control such as in paragraphs further down the page "How to Attract Yellow Jacket Wasps to Your Garden." Maybe you're one of those people who puts Yellow Jacket traps right next to your eating area instead of at a far corner of your property and then complains about Yellow Jackets being near.
