    Nope just walking normally and I felt something pop like I stepped on a acorn. The outside bone is cracked. 18 years ago I broke the same bone and the pain was tremendous, This time not that much pain with no discoloration or swelling.

    I did have a bone density test and will go over that with the doctor next week. It does not look good though.

    Looks like a nice time with a little damage.
