I have the mount too, just need to order some things. Im going to shop around for the bushings. Amazon isnt always the best.

I have a major CMC to get my dirty 5s to fit, but now I just rub on those little bolts in the fenderwell - just above the cab mount. I never plated in the cmc that I did when I got my new frame in 1/2019. Im just scared to burn through the frame when I weld. Ill get over that soon though.

cruising through @Tacoma1192 's build thread and stumbled up on this, which reminded me I should eventually do something similar as well

This was a side of the road home depot part fix on my way to a trip somewhere. Some jankey shit was done on this truck.

Janky fixes tend to last in my experience! I haven't had bedside supports since I went HC a few years ago, and I'm tired of seeing them flop around in the wind :anonymous:

I have a pair of nice aluminum brackets you can have that will support your bedsides. They came with my old bumper and I never installed them.

I think ive buttoned up all the projects on my truck. The only "thing" i have left to do is steering rack bushings.

Im pretty happy right now with my truck. Other things on my list are CVJ axles and a 1 piece driveshaft- possibly for this year. Next year ill get into dual shocks up front. But for now, i am happy

haha no rush! thanks dude let me know how much shipping it! My bedsides will thank you!

1 piece driveshaft was a clutch buy for me, and I already did CVJ axles and I have a spare Auto parts store one. Steering rack bushings I'd leave until you need to swap out the steering rack. I have a set just waiting for the right time to buy a rack lol

I don't want to swap a rack! Ill do the bolt trim mod to get the bolt out. I hope it doesn't take too long. I know I should also do inner tie rods too at some point
