he was confused about whether he had to move out on June 30 or by the end of July 1. Told him 12pm July 1 per the written notice to vacate

 

I don't think he gets it yet. I suspect we'll be halfway through throwing stuff into the dumpster by the time he gets it

 

OMG, this is probably worse. Pelican spider. It eats other spiders and google says it's the most aggressive spider in the world.

 

I had a roommate like that. He was moving out an hour before midnight (he was supposed to be gone at midnight) and kept me up all night. I had to leave for my conference track meet that next morning. Not getting sleep really messed me up.

 

That is shitty. Some people just don't seem to get it and don't care too much either

He has no idea how much apartment he can afford because he doesn't know how much he spends on takeout and other shit every month. He is still talking about holding out for that MSFT job before he signs for an apartment.

From what I've seen passively on FB/reddit he could have found a place in a day if he wasn't being such an airhead about it. Plenty of affordable rooms for rent

I don't know, someone who doesn't know how to budget or how much their expenses are ought to do dandy in the world.

Also, it makes me LOL when he's so certain he doesn't get paid enough when he doesn't even know his ball park cost of living. Even if he nabs a cheap $1200 apartment he's gonna have a wake up call for that gas/electric/water/internet cost that he probably has no concept of either.

 

and if he knew that and had no concept of how inconsiderate to you it was he was a real douche about it too. That sucks

Pulled the oil cooler and coolant lines off an early 90s camry same motor all the connections are the same just no oil cooler on the newer motor


The older the toyota the better it is
