one of the things i like the most about both the ninja and cbr designations are just how iconic those names have become, each being introduced in the early/mid 1980s and still being used today

Yes! Always heard great things about the 750 - a nice balance between the 600 and 1000. Never ridden one though.

    I know y'all aren't forgetting about the FZR1000 5 valve genesis.

Edit: I got caught up in nostalgia. That bike isn't around anymore like the CBR, Ninja, and GSX-R previously mentioned. :bikewheelie:

You have stock exhaust right? Won’t be obnoxious or anything. Once you get used to engine braking when you ride fast it becomes second nature when you ride slow. Best part about ride the grom is how many up shifts and downshifts I have to do wherever I go. I engine brake all the time when I ride, makes it so much more enjoyable for me.

when I would ride my z125.. screw engine braking.. Just stomp on the rear brake pedal and lock up that rear tire! Especially in traffic. Its hilarious!

The guy I bought my CBR F2 off of sold me the bike so he could buy an '89 FZR in the trim I previously posted. Was a beauty and it was geared to rip in the low end. Sounded beautimous also.

There is a red FZR in the line up pic you posted also.

I ain’t got the time or money to replace the tires that are flat spotted. I have fun doing stoppies though.
