That's what I'm saying... explain to your wife how together ya'll made a better decision than they did when you bought a Toyota instead of a Chevy. Since your vehicle is of a much higher quality it is perfectly ok to get a minor lift. After all, you just want to level the truck so that she looks that much better when she is in it.

Wow... I can crank out some BS sometimes. :D

    i know

I didn't take my own advice, I shouldn't have told her, and you guys are right she'd never notice, she tends to pretend the truck doesn't exist anyway.

but when they show up and I'm not home, and she takes delivery
I guess i could say they're for a friend whos wife just doesn't understand.

    perfect

thanks fellas, i'll post pictures when they're installed, and rename the Tacoma The Doghouse,my new home.

You did the right thing dude. My wife thought I was crazy lifting mine, but when it was finished she agreed it looked much better.

My wife and i have come to an agreement:

I think the money that she spends on her purses and shoes and all that other crap that women like to buy is a waste of money

She thinks that all the crap that i buy for my truck is a waste of money...

So....we have agreed to not even give each other any crap for what we buy for our toys or whatever, as long as it could be afforded then its whatever...
