    Well that sounds better lol.
I was looking at the stage 1 foams with SPC UCAs for the adjustability.

I spent a couple hours off roading last week and can say the Ironman pro’s are a huge step up from factory TRD Off Road. The foam cell really smoothed out the bumps and the washboard road was a whole different experience then what the factory shocks produced. I was impressed and happy that I made the upgrade.

Not sure if anyone is on the fence about the Foam Cell Pros, but I have a kit for my FJ Cruiser. My buddy has a kit on his 80 series. Very nice kit and very affordable. They are running a sale right now 20% off and free set of LED lights. I got my kit with a free set of TREDs. The TRED recovery boards are unused and if anyone wants to do a trade for their LEDs I'd be game!

If only I was ready to drop the money for these right now...

One other question, will the stock OR wheels clear the Ironman UCA without spacers? Just asking in case I get the lift before wheels and tires and like to plan ahead. I have, at least decided on those, a 17” wheel x8.5 with -6 offset to slap 285/70 or 295/70 STT Pros on.

I'm not sure on this... surely someone on here is running that setup and chime in.

Have you talked to the guys at IronMan4x4 America? They are pretty knowledgeable and are good about responding to calls or messages.

I "joined the pack" today and I'm loving the kit. Tough Dogs can be acquired from Trail Tailor. Jason is a good dude and worked with Tough Dog and I to get this kit together for the Tacoma.

For this of you who installed the Ironman pro foam cells. What type of lift did you get up front?
I was parked next to some stock Tacoma’s today and looks like my front bumper is the same or even lower even though I’ve got the Ironman kit on.

    I forgot my pre-lift measurements.

Here’s what it looks like several weeks post-lift (settled height) using constant load springs.

    Thanks,
Looks from the picture like maybe two inches higher than stock? At least 1.5?
Here is mine between two stock tacos.

If anyone has tried or knows, will a Toytec or other common spanner wrench fit to adjust them?

I ordered these for coilover adjustment: https://www.amazon.com/Kei-Project-...i+coilover&qid=1592885748&s=automotive&sr=1-1

The larger pair fits nicely. With the front end off the ground, I could get the lower ring loosened but could not budge the upper adjustment ring to provide more lift. I guess the only feasible way to adjust ride height and preload is to remove the coilover, compress the spring to relieve tension on the adjustment rings and then reset the ring position, re-install the coilover and recheck the height and hope I'm not wrong. (I figured this would be the case but was hopeful. Too much of a PITA to adjust it this way. I'll wait for my warranty replacements to arrive and adjust those.)

I also ordered a couple 5/16" 8 inch long pin punches to use in case there wasn't enough room for the wrenches. These do not fit the holes of the adjustment rings. Need to be smaller.

Still like the overall ride quality.

Thanks for the added information. This kit is still the top choice for me. Hopefully I’ll get to order it in the next month or two along with SPC UCAs.
I’m gonna try and find out one more thing but it’ll be an email or call to them. I’d like to know where to get a rebuild kit, I’ve not been able to find that yet.

I reached out to IronMan and they got back to me about the rebuild kit and the compression/extension of the Foam Cell Pros.
If this helps anyone, the fronts extended they are 22.205 and compressed they are 17.
The rears are 24.01 and 15.70.
As for the rebuild kit, I don’t have the instructions but here is the link for the kit- https://ironman4x4america.com/replacement-foam-cell-pro-seal-kit/

Is the UCA with 4 degree caster too much ? Should one consider SPC instead of the Ironman control arm ?

Also is anyone experiencing taco lean ?
