When you order new ones, make sure you get the right length you need. I made that mistake once.

Yeah don't want ultra long as the threads might run out. But longer is better usually as you can just trim the bolts. Too short and well...duh.

Man the Dardanelle fire sure did do some damage. That is a fun trail. Probably run it some time this week. Did you go up to the pass at all? Im curious if levitt lake trail is open. I haven't called the ranger station yet.

It's nice, great for kayaks or trips to Home Depot for wood. I switch back and forth between camper shell and bed rack with RTT so it doesn't get used as much as I'd like. But still nice to have and looks awesome, I agree with getting other items first and just wait until they do a sale these damn things have gotten super expensive once CBI took over

Got my supercharger installed. Fired it up. The rebuild the guy I bought it from didn’t include the rear needle bearings from the sounds of it:angrygirl:so off it comes again. I’ll get a kit coming for it, but for now, it’ll be n/a, which will give me a seat of the pants evaluation on the 4.88’s.

Also installed brand new lower ball joints and tie rod ends. Quick and dirty alignment, and once it’s back together, it’ll go for a proper one. At least I can drive it again. Time to get after the tray back/loggers box. Should be wheeling again soon. Pretty stoked.

I could swear I saw where some people were talking about Levitt. I'll have to check.

@theesotericone might know... He came over from the East side to wheel with us this weekend. He was the only one of us that had been to the pass this year.

I want to do Levitt... and I'd also like to do a run through Lobdell Lake, Mt Patterson, Wheeler Peak.

Ok fellas, I just did an oil change and the oil had a reddish tint. I run 5w30 Castrol high mileage synthetic blend oil. Is this something I should be concerned? I do think I put seafoam in last oil change so maybe that caused it? What do you guys think?
