    The hybrid bumper is:
    - winch ready
    - provides maximum approach clearance
    - works with the factory skid plate and most aftermarket skid plates (unfortunately the TRD skid plate isn't compatible)
    - cutouts and tabs designed to work with Baja Designs LEDs

    Pricing starts at $1099.00 and there is currently a 8-10 week lead time for bare metal versions or 10-12 weeks with powder coating We are trying to build some additional units so that we can meet demand. That said it's still a good idea to get your order in as quickly as you can.

    quick question: Just had a fender bender with front bumper/driver fender damage. was wondering do you have to have upgraded suspension for aftermarket bumpers like these? I have a 2008 TRD Sport Double cab. thanks also, any suggestions on how to get something like this when the insurance is paying for repairs at a body shop.

    Do not need upgraded front suspension for just the bumper, if you add the weight of a winch it would be recommended at that point for sure.

    As for dealing with insurance theres a couple ways. One would be to have the body shop order the bumper for you instead of the OEM replacement parts. The other would be to have the body shop quote repairs but not repair and have insurance just cut you a check for the repairs and then either buy the bumper and fix yourself if you're capable, or take the leftover insurance money and pay the body shop yourself with it. Thing is if the estimate is lower than the actual cost you'll be out additional on your own vs having it fixed and letting the body shop bill your insurance.

    On another note, we do have 2 bare 05-11 Tacoma hybrid bumpers on the shelf for near immediate shipping so there wouldn't be much wait on our end if you order soon enough to claim one of the ones in stock.
