No I'm referring to just the little ears that hangs off the main cross member.

The skid isn't the best especially for wheeling, that includes the mounting points too. Honestly that thing should be advertised as a on road use only plate.

So I caught the front on a shelf when I was out on Saturday. Shouldn’t have had an issue climbing it, but took a bad angle, and neglected to see the hole someone dug out right at the base of the shelf. Front tire fell in the hole and the bumper bracket or whatever it is, and the skid plate took the damage.
Is it worth messing with and trying to fix? Put a come-along on it and try to bend it back out? Leave it be and accept it as a battle scar?

Personally I would bend it back the best I could, but that's how I am. Just had to do that to my sons 4wheeler bumper....twice lol.

I learned my lesson trying to straighten an aluminum wheel on my motorcycle when I hit a curb and bent the rim. Hit it with a hammer a few times to get it straight so my dad wouldn't see. About the 3 and last whack there was a loud pop and my rim was now split in half. Aluminum isn't quite a malleable as steel. I would just be thankful that it is just bent.

Cast aluminum vs plate. Just heat it up with a propane torch and bend it back in a vise.

If that was something I could afford, I would. My AR500 plate is too small to use as a skid. But it sure works well when I go out shooting. I’m seriously starting to question that as I type. That would be a badass skid plate.
