I just changed my S/C belt to a gates k050694 and put some locktite on the pulley for good measure lol. A big thanks to @Athlaos for pointing this out as an option for the 2.5-2.6 without needing to cut off a rib. If you're like me and have a tendency to mess things up, then this is a nice option

Is it a standard, or fleetrunner series belt? It's not RPM right?

Just a regular gates belt, not fleetrunner or RPM. It is around $12

Like others I went with right until pressure. No issues. Always had a snap when I would loosen. I thought about loc right. Seems a small amount would be ok.

Back I business! My AC is BOOMING cold today on a 81* day here in California. My old one looked like garbage and there was refrigerant and tracer dye all over the place. The charge level in the old one was around .684 and the maximum top off level is 1.389 lbs nearly 1.4. I lost over half of my charge from the leakage, no wonder my AC light was flashing the other day! Installed the new one, changed out the relay with a brand new unit, and swapped out the compressor with a pre oiled Denso unit and all is peachy once again. :)

My Speedhut boost/vacuum and AFR gauges are arriving Thursday.
Re AFR, IIRC, I can have a muffler shop weld a bung somewhere in the exhaust. Where is ideal position, somewhere near the factory 02 sensor? Is position important, i.e. 9:00 to 3:00?
Re boost/vacuum, would that be tapped into the intake plenum, or I seem to remember someone here talking about a vacuum line? Searched but no dice.

Congrats! I hope you're as happy with yours as I am with mine.

Yes, a muffler shop should be able to weld the included bung for you. When running a single sensor, most of us place it downstream from where pipes from each manifold merge into a single pipe. Position is important and, IAW the included instructions (excerpted here), should be between about 1230 and 0230.

Speedhut has some nice gauges. I have fuel pressure and boost from them.

Regarding your boost gauge question, there is a nipple on the supercharger where you hook the boost gauge to. I don’t have any pics handy but I can get one for you later, if someone else doesn’t beat me to it.

Anyone running the speedhut gauge with analog out have the settings needed to configure with HP Tuner Pro setup? Since there is no option for speed hut you need to enter the Volage and fuel inputs. ie: (v / .5 ) + 10 = xx

they were already close but hoping to get this setup today,.

i found a dab of blue works well. upon removal it proved they would never work out yet a whimpy allen wrench with a firm quick snap broke free. mandatory...no, cheap clean mindset.... yes.

    (Voltage + 3.1)/.421 = AFR

That work? Might be a little off actually.

Something like that. I emailed speedhut to se if I could get an idea as they were closed. I was hoping that one of you here had went through that. How did you come up with those numbers?

I saved this from back when I was logging speedhut AFR gauge to the UCON way back in the day. Should be in the instruction manual for all their gauges.

This is new for me. How do I go about figuring the numbers out based on that graph? Based on what @420taco put at 14.7 give or take thats around 3.1-3.2 or what is the 3.1 in the formula? How was the other number selected? do you assume its a fixed value to figure it out? If there is some logic to each piece I pull some numbers. Was not clear but found that formula from a GM setup using speedhut gauge but had different numbers.

AEM has a good write up in their instructions
    https://images.carid.com/aem/performance/pdf/aem-30-5130-installation-instruction.pdf

that would have been nice for speedhut. curious how close that value would be here.
