Is there such a thing as a 235 tire for a Tacoma? At 2:25 he says it's a 235. Regardless, that thing is ugly. Color is ugly.

Can't complain, Toyota just made all our trucks more valuable.

235 85 16 is where I'm at. It looks like it was supposed to from the factory imo.

There is such thing. Just not on a stock Tacoma. He was wrong in the video. Those are stock size tires (265/70r16) same on all stock OR’s. He probably just read it wrong. Those wheels are just black OR wheels from the previous years.

Seems to me like Toyota is taking all the previous years remainder parts and mashing them together with some difference in colors. I’ve seen a lot of companies do it. Back when I had a VW GTI they did the same thing for the certain editions they released after.

I still think those cooler boxes in the bed are ridiculous...

There’s already not enough room. I remember when I first saw it, that’s what I thought immediately. The 4Runner Trail Edition is pretty nice though.

The color is Cement which I Love but in the video it looks bad in that light. The grill is from the limited and that's just horrible. I like the black out badges. They can keep the cooler and storage boxes. I'll get my own thanks.
Better off with and SR5 and build it your way in my opinion.

I'm not sure which is worse, the godawful looking Taco monstrosity or that dude trying to pretend he knows what's useful for offroading

Here is my version of how I'd make over the trail edition.
    Keep: black wheels, black badges.
Keep cement grey or army green.
    Loose the dumb boxes
Loose the limited edition's grille replace it with the back SR grille.
Give a 45 or 60 quart color matched Yeti with some branded straps to hold it down. Or no cooler and put in a rear locker.

    Toyota your welcome

That guy is not really a truck or SUV guy. Just some YouTuber that films at every auto show.

My mistake. I thought the color was that "Lunar Rock" color with a slight sea green to it. Cement color I like a lot.

I'd pay to get rid of those!
I agree that the Yeti add would be more desirable...
