    I just did my first full tank after the cam gears and a few other things and got 16.9 mpg at 50/50 city and highway. Granted that is with 285’s and armor.

    When I was stock motor and tire size and fairly low weight I would average 17-18 mpg mixed driving. Before the cam gears and hptuner tune I was averaging 14-15 mpg mixed driving.

    So it is a notable improvement, but would not be worth it purely for gas mileage sake. But when you factor in the drivability improvements, the added mpg is icing on the cake.

    That being said, I’m willing to part with my stock cam gears that can be cut to the right specs and and save someone a little money. However, I believe @mightytacoman may stop doing this sometime soon.

    I'm getting away from machining used gears. I always found small variances in them compared to new ones so it always required custom calibrating from them. That and with ~$8 to ship them to me+ my $90 machining fee... My price at $120 for a new set shipped to you means used gears aren't hardly worth it
