Worst part about it was that we had to continue since I only got 2 oz out (literally pure tar) and I had to stab the other arm so I could finish the fucking bottle! Lmfao. Dedication.

I couldn't wait... It was bad. Needed done.

For those who don't know - I had bloodwork done and my hemotocrit and hemoglobin were stupid high. nearly 20 hemoglobin and my hemotocrit was over 60. I usually stay around 52-55. 60 is scary for me.

Instead of waiting for opportunity to donate I had the mother in law bloodlet me. (she lived with a diabetic on dialysis for 3 years) so she has tons of experience doing this. Well, I am very weak with needles (believe it or not...) and She had to make a small adjustment to the needle after it was in my vein and I fainted LOL. I just couldn't handle it.

So, I came back to life, then she stuck my other arm to finish the draining

My hemoglobin is almost 20 as well. Hematocrit is 55.

Dr said to take 325mg or asprin each day and that will help a lot.

Yea, my hemog isn't usually that high - around 17-18. Although I really don't know what the hemotocrit was at since the max sscale was 60. It could of been 62 for all I know. That's just too much for me.

Yea, it's very important. Those who don't believe in it are fucking dip ships. I've donated almost every 8 weeks for 4 years. I missed a few weeks here and there, but recently I haven't donated in probably 16 weeks due to covid - BAD IDEA

I can definitely see how so many bigger guys are so unhealthy or die young. It takes a lot of work and dedication for this shit... Semi annual blood work and understanding results, donating all the time, monitoring labs on cycles, and just focusing on overall health. Feels like a lot guys just go balls to the wall and never check this shit. Next thing they know they are having a stroke cause their blood is 20w-50 and their arteries are hardened.

Anyway, sitting at 280lb fasted now, 286 ish after eating, workout and some carbs. I don't think I'm going to bulk for nationals... Nutrition coach wants me to focus on getting "big lean" rather than getting fat, and I like that plan. I honestly don't think I have a chance at a pro card this year anyway, so I will most likely be around 260-265lb coming into nationals against 340+ guys. Plan is to get to sub 16% BF then that's where bulks will begin. I like being 310+ but at that weight I definitely felt it... Body fat was too high and I felt sluggish. I would rather be a lean HW and be athletic right now.

Here's 290lb from a week ago and showing a sign of an ab! Usually don't see those till I'm around 260lb. Down from 310lbs, two pants sizes, and three lever belt holes. Still fat but I'll take it for now.

Definitely feeling pain in my left side erector muscles now. Last week benching heavy tweaked it and then log press today tweaked it even more... Hurts bad man.

Got an appointment Monday at my chiropractor so hopefully she can fix me up.

Grab a door frame about shoulder height with one arm, and then "sit" for a most excellent stretch.
