Yes sir I’ve been wanting to run but the dude told me that running will make me lose weight. Been lifting at the gym instead

 

Yes but if the number is rising on yours it will rise on theirs. What did you say you have to get to? You could also do some heavy lifting workouts. Muscle is dense so it weighs more that fat.

Not bad. You can also eat a lot of cheese will plug you up some. Also high sodium before weigh in will cause you to retain water which will add some pounds. Much of this is temp weight to get you in right?

 

Yep I’ll probably go back down if they don’t place me on double rations

 

Ya quick bulk up is easy. Full on is best to gain lean mass which is heavier weight workouts.
