Same old, was fkn hot today. 86 and humid got a nap in but really feeling the heat and have a zoom interview tomorrow to prepare for.

 

For that position you applied for?

 

Unfortunately, it’s a first round interview to be considered for second rounds in courts. Ive passed this stage twice before so it’s super frustrating to have to go through it again; especially when they send out a memo talking about how the dept has to be creative with finding ways to cut costs.

 

Maybe 3rd time is the charm. Best of luck. They're just testing your tenacity. Hang in there and prove you ain't going nowhere

 

At this point, it’s just annoying. I’m too expensive to hire as entry level; I’d take my current salary and benefits with me and it’s about 15-20k over their starting. I just need to keep taking the chances with the dgaf attitude.

 

It'll all work out in the end.

 

How’s the trailer coming along?

 

Suppose to pick the frame up next week on my off days. The axle is suppose to be delivered around that time too. Once I get that stuff, I'll only need to buy some tail lights to have it road worthy.

 

Electric brakes?

 

No. It does have the backing plate so if I decide I need/want them. I figure the trailer wont' weigh enough to need brakes. I also bought the 7 pin wiring just in case.
