Depends. If a vaccine gets release tomorrow we'll be good, it'll spike up and then level out for a while because of paused supply chains, education, resources, etc. I think everyone realizes that, but that's priced in right now. Hopefully. But as this drags on, the effect on the markets of a vaccine release will be reduced. In 4 years, a vaccine being released will not affect the markets because Ford is making autonomous robots for the war with the galapagos islands after they attacked guantanamo bay on Russian Independence day or some crap.

I am done buying FRT for a while as well. It's over 4% of my portfolio, not ideal, but not a big deal. I used that purchase to mitigate losses in some of the mREITS, since I sold them down so much, I picked up FRT down almost as much. And I get the tax write off.

 

should be safer than those mREITS. I picked it up to replace those that I sold out of also.

I've been all in NRGU, since the last dip and I bought at $3.91.

I'm still averaged in at $4.23 and not concerned.

 

I sure am pulling for all you NRGU guys. The celebration in here should be fun to watch.

It would require bankruptcies by the top 10 oil companies in the U.S....and that would be a far worse situation...

 

I had to take about an $11k realized loss this year to get out of mREITs and salvage what was left. The loss was about 50% I’d guess. My drinking spiked around the time of the sales, it has leveled out now. I’d concur with your post.
