Thank you - I will miss them, too...just like I still miss the Army every day. Thursday is my last work day and then I officially retire effective July 1st.

Good morning all, got caught in a hail storm walking the boys yesterday afternoon. Another round of thunder-boomers and hail yesterday and into the evening:

Mark, make the most of your last day with your staff. On my last day I wasn't able to meet with my crew or the crew they were relieving due to this Covid mess as they were in lock-down. The rest of the plant wasn't even allowed to be near my crew or the other 3 operating crews. I talked to a couple of them on Father's Day and they said they are still supposed to be isolating from non-operational departments.

It started raining here yesterday evening and has dumped a lot of rain. Y'all stay safe out there.

Yes, that is hail - from the first storm that rolled through. There was one more with large hail that rolling through about 45 minutes later. The funny thing - the entrance to our neighborhood is about 2 miles east and it didn't hail there just rain.

Two summers ago we got several hail storms like this then when the storm crossed over the Peak (Pikes Peak) and gained momentum that destroyed Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, totaled every car in their parking lot, unfortunately killed a few animals and seriously hurt several patrons.

I have to wait until Tuesday, but.... me too! Finally! I. Cannot. Wait. I look like a Beatle. I came really close to buying a tool and giving myself a buzz cut.

Think the last time I had someone cut my hair was 8 or 9 years ago.... I trim it every couple of months

It's below shoulder length, and my hair is very thin, so it doesn't take long, and it's not straight, so you can't tell if it's uneven.

Good morning, everyone!! Today is my last work day before I officially retire next Wednesday. I had a fun final meeting with my leadership team. Had to Zoom one my VPs in because his wife is a few weeks away from having a baby. I am going to miss these guys!! We have a Board of Trustees (Zoom) meeting this morning - last of the year - to go over the financials and approve next year's budget...and then I take a few days vacation and ride into the sunset. I've been blessed with two amazing careers.
