    I think im close

    Y = MX + B
    Y = AFR
    M = slope of the plotted line (= AFR High - BGD AFR Low ) / (4.5v - .5v)
    X = input voltage
    B = offset at I believe .5???

    ((18 - 8.5 ) / (4.5-.5) * input voltage + ?????? = AFR

    ( 2.375 * V ) + ??? = AFR

    Saw a similar one for a GM setup

    That formula is AFR = (2.3750*voltage)+7.3125 if I can figure out the the B variable ill be set.

    Update: offset was off. Justin gave me an updated number for the M value. It’s the same as AEMs value. Might be that speedhut uses the same settings as AEM. They do make an in-line AEM gauge.

    Apologies for neglecting to answer you Boost/Vacuum question!
    +1, though I run their AFR and Boost gauges...

    The Boost Reference video in Post #1 shows the port.
    Apologies, but I can't help with this, as I'm not running the Pro setup. (Responding because you quoted my post in your question.)

    all good. i think we are there or almost there. With the guessing work with Justin this will make it more educated. I can post up the confirmed numbers but looks pretty close to the AEM numbers if not the same.

    Follow up from my original post on Sunday. Quick trip to Home Depot for two M-20 washers (perfect fit to clear the shaft but press on the hub). Had to run the hub back one full washer thickness plus a few turns with the second washer added. I ran the hub back with the belt/pulley off for the first washer to verify clearance behind the hub. For the remainder, I was able to press the hub back with the pulley and belt on. Just ran it back a half turn at a time, remove the press tool, start the engine and see where the belt rode. Shut down, press back another turn/thread, recheck belt position on the idler.

    Settled out in about the same position as @Kini

    Thanks for the help everyone!

    I think exhaust and intake are probably one of the more worthwhile mods you can do to really open things up as they in stock form are huge bottlenecks.

    If anyone wants to go the extra mile... Cam gears. ;)
