Jusy giving you ideas Incase you decide you don’t like yellow.

That trucks completely different now. Black skid, stock bumper, completely bed lined and broke down at the side of the house.

Installed the CBI ditch light brackets today, it was a pain in the ass to get to the bolts with the fender still on but i made it work... 1/8th of a turn at a time:D. i went to the home depot and bought a couple of 12 and 13 mm ratcheting flex head wrenches, but they didn't fit so i was back to the standard non-ratcheting wrenches:annoyed:.
    upload_2020-6-24_18-39-17.jpg

used a piece of wood to shim the fender up so i could get to the bolts, was a little worried about the pannel gaps afterwards but they closed up nicely once i put the fender bolts back in and tightened them down.

I definitely think I will be adding my own. My water never drains.

Are those like parking "bumpers" on your bumper?

    Lol

Just noticed that, they look like loading dock bumpers. And tiny speakers in top.

I assumed those were deer whistlers or whatever those things I had all over my first car was lol. They must have worked though, never hit a deer.

Custom bumper came that way when I bought the truck.
The loading dock bumper things are from a 53' semi trailer and deer whistles.

I get why the prior owner did it as there is a angled lip above winch and horizontal plane of the bumper.

Which ones did you get? Spot, Wide Cornering, Spot Laser? I’ve been looking at different S1 options.

went with the wide cornering with a white lens. if i had gone with the S2s then i would've done the driving combo. looked at this diagram on Baja Designs' website and that sealed the deal. wanted a good solid blend of range and coverage and this seemed to fit the bill. might pick up a spot pattern light or an amber lens and try those out.
might also try out an amber lens next year, moving to Montana in August and want to have some amount of readiness for snowstorms. i don't find myself out in inclement weather too often though (other than the famous PNW constant rain:D) so it may end up being a nonissue. my only thought is it might help cut through falling snow on backroads to help me see deer better. i've got a front bumper/bull bar for a reason... but i'd rather not use it if i can avoid it:D;).

@Blackdawg, you're from Wyoming right? what do you think of this? putting too much thought into it, or something to consider?
