Haha, yea I would have been pissed if I got water in my cab. I've had a few people I know suck in water while going through water/ mud that they didn't check to see how deep it was. It's not good when you try to make your truck a submarine.

I got some pics and the video of my biggest mess up. I just need to figure out how to download video on here. I have 2010 Taco with a 6in Fabtech lift. Got no meat on my tires and tried a jeep eater trail up in Peacock Flats Hawaii. I made it up before when it was dry. This time there was rain and mud a lot different. Hit it wrong and busted my Tie Rod. You can hear it on the video and see my silver sensation go pidgeon Toed right away. Once I figure out how to post video on here I will load it up... an expensive and hard lesson learned. Always have a spotter when going above 2000 RPM and dont listen to the guys who drive jeeps...

Man, that hole at Gorman has gotten a LOT of people stuck in it. It looks like you hit it on a good day. A friend of mine got stuck with his F350 and the mud level was well over his fenders and was coming in through the doors. He got stuck so long that his radiator got plugged up and he overheated. We got him out by pulling him with a Toyota though! But his Ford had to be towed to the service department due to massive overheating and he tore open his differential case on someone else's bumper that got left behind in the hole!

    That's crazy!

My buddy got stuck in that hole once before with his Jeep Limited. When he got out, his radiator was filled with mud (much like your buddies).

That was a long drive home. He had to stop every 10 miles. Finally, we got to a gas station and sprayed the crap out of the radiator. Good as new!

Yeah, whenever we go to the Gorman training area, my wife gives me the look of death if I even approach that hole. I had to promise never to get in it.

Judging from your pictures, you HAVE done it. Or at least found plenty of other mud holes.
