I'm not a fan of the Chiro anymore. I went for about 1.5year regularly. I felt so good after the first few weeks/months but then it lost its effectiveness and I started becoming more suspicious of the witchcraft. They tried to sell it as individualistic treatments for each patient but it was exactly the same hoopla for anyone who came in. They would take xrays and show you periodically how your alignment was improving but between me and the next guy who laid on the chair we all got the exact same neck twists and spine compression day after day. Not worth the price of admission

Each person differs, as does each provider for sure. Been a godsend for my wife's back, she only goes when it is acting up

Most chiropractors are shit. The whole "science" behind what a majority of them do is also shit. If you read about the history of chiropractic science and the guy who came up with it it's just insane. Majority of chiropractors are just chasing pops and thinking a pop or crack is helping....

I like mine because she doesn't do adjustments really. She has only done that a few times on me but most of my appointments are fire cupping, PT, and doing stability exercises. She gives me a new exercise to do each time depending on what issue I'm having and I find it helps a lot. She's also a sports medicine Dr and has helped me a lot with learning how to engage different muscles on lifts and learning how to do a loft without triggering pain from old injuries.

I told you this before, and I'll tell you again. Your old chiro is shit. A good one will not tell you to come back on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, whatever basis. If they do, they're just after money. My chiro has never once told me to "come back next week" in the 10+ years I've been going to him.

You've got a good chiro. Just like mine. My guy's worked with professional teams, Olympic athletes, and more. He does give adjustments every time I'm in, but he does it properly and works out the other issues first, and then send me home with stretches and exercises to do to strengthen the weak muscles that are causing my injuries.

Got to the gym today. Was pretty crowded but it was good to get back in.
They blocked off all the water fountains and I broke my last blender bottle :annoyed:.

Need to stop by the store tomorrow to pick up another one. I drink a shit ton when I lift.

What did you break? They’ve got an awesome warranty. I’ve broken so many but they just keep sending me replacements to break again

Mine told me that a few times..but that was at the start of the treatment for my pinched nerve, among other things I couldn't lift my arm horizontial. Big difference though.

Ideally my wife should go every 6-12 months because her problem is chronic basically but he leaves it up to her and she doesn't

So I was on my patio right, minding my own business by my fire pit.
Out of nowhere this June bug attacks me.

I freaked and hit it with my bottle against my house and the bottle shattered.

Do they warranty using it in self defense?

I feel bad them replacing it over my negligence haha

Go visit @Kerleyfries that's his stomping grounds...

My wife (then fiance) and I went back in 2017 to see a Titans game. We walked up and down Broadway street but it was disgusting lol. Worse than NYC. The best parts were away from downtown, like in East Nashville. Mas Tacos is bomb and The Pharmacy is good for a burger or drink. They are right across of the street from each other

hattie b’s hot chicken is about the only thing that I think would be open right now that’s worth checking out. I don’t think the country music hall of fame or any of the other touristy shit is open. Could probably check out opryland though.

What do y’all have planned for while you’re here?

We’re staying with the wife’s friend who moved out there last summer. She lives in Franklin. I think we going on a boat tomorrow with her friends but other than that not sure. She wants to check out a brunch place and a winery but dinner and night options are wide open.
