Will these 295/75/16s rub off roading without CMC?

I just put a 2 inch bilstein 6112/5160 lift and 295/75/16 toyo open countries on my tacoma. Im not getting any rubbing in the couple days Ive had them on. However im planning on going on a off roading trip with a friend. Do you guys think this wont rub or should I get the CMC? The 1st picture is the closest it gets to the CMC and the other is when the tires are pointed completely straight.

I forgot to mention I took the mud flaps off and have about a half an inch of room like the 1st picture shows.

Do you think I will need a pinch weld too or just the CMC?

 

Most likely you will need both,but for now.... just go on the trip, but take it slow and easy and figure out how much will need to be trimmed.

Im actually not in CA currently but I will be back in a few months. I found a great local welder in my area who has experience with doing work on trucks.

I dont think he has ever done a CMC but I provided him with great pictures of the depth I want the CMC and he says it would be no problem. Plus ive seen pictures of his work and its spot on.

 

Some of the vendors here that sell the plates, also come with a template of what to cut I believe

Dude, the bed of my truck rubs against the cab when I off road. Of course your tires are going to rub!! Have you ever been off road?? Not like a gravel road, but actually flexed and worried about breaking something?

If I did with this setup would I be asking these things?

 

I'm running 4" of lift, CMC, pinch weld, and trimmed the fender liners and I still rub backing out of my driveway with 295/75/16's. Gotta trim my fender liner more and some areas on the actual bumper.

 

Thanks, ill be updating my build every few months. After the CMC i will need, I will be doing a complete overland build in the next year or 2.
