Definitely helped me after the lift install.

I hit a bump on the highway and my truck wanted to dip right. Checked my panties afterwards, almost got a little brown on my pink fabric.

Morning boys, question for ya. When it comes to power consumption I'm pretty uninformed. Been tossing the idea around of getting a Dometic CFX28 but currently don't have a dual battery setup. I do have the small Jackery 240 with panels. Just wondering how long could the fridge run before draining the Jackery or if I were to run it from the truck. I know many variables come in so lets say 40 degree internal temp with 90 external.

I don’t run a dual battery system either. I could get 12+ hours run time off the shitty stock battery and a arb elements 63 in 100+ temps down in New Mexico

I’ve since replaced that battery with a x2power 27f and I’ve yet to hit the low voltage cutoff

Currently running a domestic 35 and I can get 2+ days off the battery I have.

I don’t typically sit somewhere more than overnight, so I haven’t done any solar as of yet. If I was, I would do something like you describe with a battery pack and solar. There’s a lot of calculations you can do but with 100w of solar, you should be fine indefinitely unless there’s no sun running a fridge. I had 200 watts with the trailer I had and with mediocre sun things would be topped off in a couple hours

if you look up how many amp hours your battery pack has, then assume 1 amp hour draw for the fridge (it’s actually a bit less usually) that’ll give you a rough estimate of run time

In regards to you last statement that was my initial thought. From what I found the pack has 16.8 amp hours. So as long as there is sun it sounds like I should be fine. The panel is a 60W so a bit slower but still decent enough. Overcast or cloudy days I might have to jump back and forth with the truck battery I guess.

I finally got my email response from SOS on mounting their front hook point. In the end I had to go to Fastenal and order shorter bolts.

Thanks for your email. The factory recovery mount bolts to the passenger side. They do not fit on the drivers side, if that helps.
    Thanks

Who makes a bed rack so that an RTT will sit flush(ish) with the bed rails ?

Google search only came up with 1 company, 4x.
