Flush mount 12v to dual USB charger

Anyone know of a good flush mount dual USB charger that will fit into the stock 12v outlet on my dash? I don't need one with the voltage meter but I'm not opposed to it. If it was any combo of colors (without reds or blues) to match my SR5 interior that would be great. Thanks

I took my cig light out and replaced it completely

I know this is an old thread, but wanted to ask if this charger will allow for the charge cover/door to be closed with the USB charger in the port?

 

It does not. There's a little protruding lip that your fingertips can grab on to pull it out, as shown in the Amazon customer photo. I keep the charger in the 12V port full-time, so I ripped the little door off.

Thank you. I appreciate you revisiting this a year and some change after the post! I am not sure anyone makes one flush enough to allow the door to close but I would not use it enough to warrant pulling the door off. I am just going to keep my dual port charger in the center organizer and use it as needed. Similar to the 4 port one you show, I only really need it on longer road trips like camping and I need to recharge multiple things at once.
