No idea if this would work, but *possibly* a smaller diameter hose duct-taped to the end of a vacuum cleaner hose. Turn on the vac, shove the small hose down there and hope the tool gets caught by the suction. Worst case, your duct would get a cleaning.

Damn, I have a “snake camera” about three feet at the end of a cable. Reads the picture on my cell phone via an app. My wife got it for me some time ago and I’ve never really used it. Maybe pick one up and you’ll at least be able to get an idea where it is. I think the technical term is an endoscope. Something like this...

Finally got her some decent shoes. Went with method 305 in bronze 16inch. Down from 17inch stock. Went from 265/70/17 to 285/7016. Love the way the bronze wheels look with the blazing blue.
