Do you mean by painting his lug nuts? Nothing man .. If it’s the post I think it is he said he couldn’t find black lugs . Given the fact that they will look bad after a rotation and I knew of some cheap locking lugs I figured I’d pass it along for him and those interested.

Unless you mean the 4 count mag style set?

Very ambitious undertaking Tom! My rebuild work ceased when the computer came into play! Anxious to hear about the final result.
Ya gotta miss driving your Taco!!!!
    :mudding:

I have visions in my head of Tim Allen and MORE POWER! when I read about your top end build!

My subdued American Flag V2 gas cap cradle arrived from @JIMMEISTER yesterday. Works well with my MGM paint and my graphics.
Love it! My locking gas cap has a home now while I fuel up instead of sitting on my cover. No tether, no problem.

It's the little things that make me happy..............
Because all the big things are so dang EXPENSIVE! :annoyed:

Some one of these days I'm going to put my Tacoma on a scale and see how much weight it's gained, without me in it of course.
I already know how much weight I've gained........... damn drought!

When I detail for people I usually do the engine bay also. I don't get too many people ask for it but I could retire just going headlight restorations. The sun is BRUTAL in NC and it destroys headlights. Do yourself a favor and seal your headlights.

Never heard of sealing headlights before, what product/technique would one use to do this?

It’s not a “little thing”, it’s a solution. Solutions are big things ;)

Make sure you get the weight at each individual wheel so we can calculate your center of mass!

Ordered recovery boards courtesy of the group buy that I believe expires tonight. Went with red for aesthetic reasons while hoping the claims of visibility remain true lol.

Sealing headlights is really simple and you don't have to spend a ton of cash to do it. Clean your headlights and clay if possible to get any contaminants off the lens, then apply a coat of sealant, let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow it to bond with the lens and wipe off. IF Im doing a PAY job I use the small bottle on the right after I do the resteration but they all work just as well.

I'm curious how you clean the lens on the instrument cluster without scratching. Any advice would be appreciated.
