Would like to see a powermax dyno if you have one. The link, I believe, only shows base kits charts.

I have a video, however we had thunder storms all weekend so the video isn't great.

Also, regarding fuel upgrade options. I know I keep saying I'll have it up and available for order. There is only 1 thing currently keeping us from posting that. It's the drop in fuel pump option. I'm still working on sourcing a few components, the motor controllers are on back order, and so are the toyota fuel pump baskets for the 3.5L. If I had to guess, and just guessing, I can't get them because of the fuel pump recall.

So we may have to offer the in tank pump upgrade some time later.

What is the time-line looking like for everything else?

Whenever the next run happens... planning on a base kit plus DI upgrade option, thinking to run 9ish PSI. Can I get the wastegate springs from you, as well as the proper tune?

Will have an updated timeline ASAP. I sent a message this morning to my downpipe fabricator.

Yes on tune + wastegate springs.

After this first 25 batch, it will be an easier process on selection of everything. The first 25 is the initial batch, with some configurations, changes, etc. So it's kind of pieced together right now. (what I mean by that is people bought parts separately. Manifolds. kits. Fuel options).

But I don't expect the next batch to be orderable until closer to the end of the year.

    SPEAKING OF WASTEGATE SPRINGS.

you guys receiving your kits will get 2 different spring sets. 4psi spring and 7psi springs.
4psi spring can (optionally) be used if you want to have the option to run super super low boost, and bump it up with a controller.
Full boost on the 4psi spring *peaks* at 4psi and will taper to about 2-3psi from there. I tested them on Saturday.

This is just an option if you guys want to run super low boost during heavy off roading, or towing, or for whatever reasons. Maybe you're in a spot that has crappy gas, etc.
this would be the ideal "safest" option since you can turn the boost down to almost none.
It was not originally going to be an option, but the wastegates came with them so...

So if I’m reading that correctly....powermax high boost option and powermax low boost with fuel pump are both on hold indefinitely right now?

Just to be clear for those of us with the fuel pump recall, you do not suggest installing these turbos without getting the fuel pump swapped out first right?

Not indefinitely. I should have a source for the baskets available by the time the downpipes arrive. I'm just saying that is the only reason the fuel options aren't orderable yet.

Right, if you have the fuel pump recall, regardless of what version kit you have, you should have that pump fixed first.

Mat, for personally the wait is not an issue...i rather have a quality reliable system. Take what ever time you need to aquire the best components. On a side note...any vid would be great.

I'd say that depends on if you have an issue before the new fuel pump. Which definitely isn't worth the risk.

Mat will clear that up I'm sure. Is boost worth that kind of risk to you?!?

I'm in no hurry either. I don't get impatient on stuff like this.

I appreciate the updates @OVTune gives us though.

I’m really just looking for more info on the warranty and to get a feel for my options here. I’d prefer it if Toyota would release a fix ASAP :)
