Looking to sell my sprint booster have had it about 7 months. I payed $290.00 looking to get $180.00 plus shipping. The reason I’m selling it is because I just got my truck flashed tune and I don’t need this anymore. Works great really improved the truck any questions just ask thanks. This does work very effectively removes the Tacoma flaccid acceleration. And it's the OG device.

Been using one since 2018, no issues whatsoever. In my experience it’s a good product and easy to install.

Yes it will. Works with both. There is a toggle on the device to select your transmission.

I have to agree, in that it does EXACTLY what I needed it to do, and that was, to get rid of the dang downshifting TWO GEARS, when I am trying to merge onto the freeway and try to slightly edge the gas pedal, or when on Classic cruise control, when it gets to hills, it wants to downshift two gears. Now, since I installed my Sprint Throttle Booster, it works perfectly. The truck no longer downshifts two gears and most of the time it doesn't downshift at all, but eases on up to speed, which is what I really wanted it to do. I admit that it took a little while to figure out the best setting for me, that wasn't too "wild", but would still help the situation. For those who are contemplating or do not know about the Sprint Throttle Booster, it is the original maker of these throttle boosters, having come up with the idea way before other people like Pedal Commander. But anyway, it is insanely simple to install, and DOES NOT have to be plugged into the OBDII plug, like most others do, which is another reason why I bought it. I do NOT need to unplug it when I take it into the dealer, as I would have to if it was plugged into the OBDII port. So that is a MAJOR plus. But it has what I refer to as "normal" and what they call "race" modes, with each mode offering NINE different settings, from one to nine. The higher the number, the more sensitive the pedal is, and I don't even want to think about how sensitive the "race" mode is, as after I tried the various settings for a while in "normal" mode, I came up with their own suggested setting which was "5" in normal mode. That increased the pedal sensitivity enough so that I barely have to touch the pedal to get it to respond, and it also madea the system respond more normally, in as I mentioned, cruise control mode and just when depressing the pedal in those times when you need a little more "ummph" to get the truck moving faster. It also does not affect anything else in the system, which again, I like, as I do not want to be modifying my ECU or anything like that, and I FINALLY got the dang transmission to working where it shifts at good normal speeds, resulting in my getting insanely good gas mileage, both around town and on the highway. I get better mileage now with this 2019 TRD Sport, than I did with my 96 4cyl xtra cab tacoma! What a deal!
