I pay $145 full coverage for my Shelby and VW together.... $500 deductible and roadside assistance. I think that's pretty cheap lol

Like everything, depends on where you are at and what you ride. I pay $150 per YEAR for mine. It’s a 2001 Honda 750 cruiser.

Always liked that about Cali plus all the BMX and freestyle magazines in the day were out there.

I'll take the Pepsi challenge on insurance. When I was 29, $2000 a year.

That's for one vehicle. My 6 year old Oldsmobile Achieva that was paid for..$500 deductible.

Now I think it's about $130 a month for my 2010 Tacoma and her 2014 Rav4, full coverage on both. Hers is more than mine.

I also use the same agent for homeowners so that helps a tiny bit but not huge

I pay $99/mo for my taco. I think it’s full coverage, still financed for another year. Hopefully it’ll drop once I’m off financing. Will also probably drop some of the pricier deductibles too

Does financing actually change insurance rates?

Not per se, but if you drop the extra coverage (such as fire/theft) which you must carry while financing that helps.

I thought full coverage for those things was pretty standard but your right technically with no lien you can drop coverages outside of liability.

It's been 30 days since I returned to the gym. Struggling with my mental state because I'm not progressing like I wanted. Making small changes but it's not enough for me. I know I just need more time, but we are impatient creatures and I'm one of the top impatient people I know when it comes to my body lol...

Anyway, had a deep tissue massage today. Next weekend I'm going to a cabin to get away mentally.

I started the new job on Monday, so far so good, lots to absorb... Impatient again there... I just wanna learn it all, now.

Anyway, next week starting tomorrow, no carbs outside of my eaa/fast carb mix I drink while at the gym. I need to deplete my carb storages, I feel my body just needs a week off to reset...

It’s “more expensive” because you have to carry full coverage.

I missed my workout yesterday so I combined yesterday and todays workout.
5 miles on the TM then a full body lift session.

Did some squats and super light DLs.

I’m happy to be back in the gym. The more active I am on my knee the better it feels. The machines help me get a better leg workout.

Good news is the hottub is back open too!

    @Supra TT
    I feel you.
Life is about habits. We were in the habit of hustlin and grinding in the gym everyday now we’re in the habit of being lazy and all stressed out. Its hard to get back to where things were.

It was hard getting my ass in the gym again.

I also lost mass which is never uplifting or motivating.

    Hang in there and

    be well :)

Our hot tub and sauna are finally open again. My back has still been fucked this week. I didn’t stretch it enough this past week and woke up in pain again today. Going to be better this week with mobility work and stretching. Hopefully incorporate some light lifting too

I didn't intend to put you on the spot, was just curious. I already believe the science behind the benefits, just like it when others learn it for themselves. Dr Rhonda Patrick is a biochemist and research scientist, she has done some amazing stuff and she's great at explaining complicated scientific subjects

I’ve heard her name before. I think shes done podcasts with Dr. Peter Attia, is she also a big fasting proponent?

So it seems as if I’m not in an income bracket that allows me to buy quinoa.

Is a 1.5lb bag really cost like $8???

Am I missing something or is this crap just expensive?
