Well, not today, but last weekend. Put the Rodan to work - picked up a Coachmen Apex Nano 194BHS. Empty weight 3634lbs, GVWR 4800lbs and a tongue weight of 480. With the WDH - it towed rather nicely. A little bit of dancing around when the tractor trailers passed us doing 80, but - that's FL drivers for you. The truck settled in at 72mph, and it just purred at about 3K RPMs.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
There's been a lot of discussion of lug nuts recently, and I started thinking about what I've got, and how many seat types there were, and ran across this:

"Important! Your spare tire requires the use of factory lug nuts. Town Fair Tire recommends you save your original lug nuts in the spare tire compartment so they will be available should you ever get a flat tire."

    https://www.townfairtire.com/inform...on-guide/wheel-lug-nut-seat-types/index.shtml

Seems to me to be words of wisdom for anyone running aftermarket wheels. Thank you Town Fair Tire!

What enhanced suspension do you have? I installed the RMAS system in order to improve towing capability.

My son is working on getting his license so he needs some seat time. Five of us and two dogs were going to head out to a state park in Minnesota to kayak and stand up paddleboard so we had to take two vehicles. I loaded all the stuff into the Tacoma, which my wife drove for the first time, and I was in our Pilot with my son.

    Long way to get to...

Today I stared out the back window at it. :p

New rule: Anything involving doggos needs to include said doggo(s) in at least one of the pics.

here's a zoomed out picture. as you can see the textured panel is starting to get scratched up from fingernails. like you i don't have long fingernails either so it kinda sucks that's happening. i stopped at a local shop that does the clear plastic overlays for exterior door edges, door handles and anywhere else you'd like the stuff installed and showed the guy the scratches. i asked if he had anything to protect that area and he said "in 35 years of installing the clear plastic i've never had anyone ask me about this." maybe i might have to contact 3m to see if they have anything that'll work...

Ah. Okay, now I'm with you, but that hasn't been a problem for me and I don't have a clue as to how to prevent/fix it. Anyone?

the lug nuts we're referring to are the Toyota black pvd ones - part number: PT076-60200-02

shouldn't be a problem if they're installed on the pro wheels, off road wheels or the spare right?

This might help but I have had good luck with the same soft cloth that you use to clean your eyeglasses. Does that help? I heard anything else will scratch them, including sneezing in the general vicinity.

i use these swiffer refills and lightly wipe the lens off, shake it out and store it in the door pocket for next time...

i also use them to wipe the dust off of the dash and other interior surfaces, hope that helps!
