    Went to the beach and of course the lady wanted pictures. I realized just how fat I am. Gonna try some different routines and tighten up the diet before we go back to the beach in September.

    I ordered a new blender bottle. I got one of the fancy stainless steel insulated ones.

    Everywhere I go I have my blender bottle and my 20oz Yeti Rambler. I like the idea of a hybrid.

    Itd be nice to keep coconut milk cold longer in my lunch box in case I need to mix protein powder out on the road.

    I also do pour beer in mine when I’m at my sisters pool so no glass. Now my beer will stay cold :)

    Due to TX upward trajectory, local gym moved to requiring a face mask for everything except for cardio machines. Re-learning how to breath with a mask on your face is not the easiest thing to do. When I have a mask on I seem to only want to breath through my nose, which becomes problematic when actually expending some effort.

    Chubbies. For the gym they have a pair with built in liner. They also have a fleece pair that I love for lounging but also wear in the gym sometimes. Little warm this time of year though. Old navy has a fleece pair similar and way less expensive. Also the chubbies khaki shorts are solid. They probably have a 4th of July sale coming up you could load up on. They aren’t too outrageously priced if you can catch the sales
