Speaking of which I get my FIC 650s next week. I get the honors of painting that fancy "FIC" anodized logo off the adapter caps as well. I should just paint them black like the rest of the EVA injector body. No one ever doubts black.

trac bar, 4:10's, trutrac, free exhaust. i stand a chance at least. i think a group drag line up sounds awesome. wonder if girlfriend could make a utube of sequential drag runs from us if we had videos? give her something to do.

I respectfully disagree. It's about what's best-suited to different driving environments - different "tools" for different "jobs."

When all you have is a "hammer," you view every task as a "nail." I prefer to have a complement of "tools" suited for different "jobs." Speaking of which, heavy rain and hail we got yesterday provided an opportunity to "expand" our 4-car garage into a 5-car. It was cramped, but protected all of the "tools" from the storm...

damn nice garage. im behind the pack. at best if my house deal closes soon it will be another year before i get one. lucky me to know other local tw guys for occasional wrenchin.

I've been eyeballing a few homes in the $250-300K range. One in particular really tickles my fancy.

 

Where abouts in TX? I’m just south of DFW.

 

I'm open, but I've had my eye on Sugar Land and El Paso at the moment. Both seem to be great places to find affordable homes with quarter acre properties popping up on MLS frequently, safe neighborhoods and good job economy relatively local to their respective areas.

 

If you are considering Sugar Land take a look at The Woodlands. It is constantly ranked in the top cities to live in the US every year.

 

I took a look at the statistics on it not too long ago. I noticed it is definitely one of the top ranked but the issue is that it's a smaller city compared to the others as far as population goes and with that the prices of homes reflect such. Unfortunately housing in that area (for a nice home that is) puts me out of my general price range to get what I'm looking for.

 

How do you feel about heat? We may be the land of the free, but it’s hot and humid. Been here most of my life, but summer sucks.
