Haha that's where I use to spot a lot of the tacos. Did they reopen?

Dark grey 2nd gen DCSB in Newbury park, black wheels and a front runner rack. Used to see you all the time but it’s been years since I’ve been here

Am I the only one who thinks its funny when people spend all that money on glass and a LT kit only to not paint match the panels so their truck looks like crap?

Good paint costs more than glass does

Even when painted, it never matches. Glass absorbs paint differently.

If they have glass and LT then that's 100% fine with me. What's the point in trying to get matching paint when it's going to get pinstriped and trashed anyways.

My ranking of respect when it comes to trucks

    1. LT w/glass painted/non-painted and looks like they thrash it
    2. LT w/trimmed stock fenders and looks like they thrash it
    3. Mid travel and thrashed
    4. Stock and thrashed
    ...
    ...
    ...
    ...
    100. Any of the above but in immaculate condition and has never seen dirt with offroading mods

There’s a chunk of @desertjunkie760 glass in the back of the BRWNTRD, things happen. That’s one of my primary reasons I haven’t switched, metal bends back.

Anyone leave their raptor lights on at the zoo?

    Whole lotta stuff
Funny thing about raptor lights, my dad and I tapped into the EFI fuse to power the lights as key-on-only for his tundra. The only issue is, in addition to key on power, the lights turn on sometimes for no apparent reason. My guess is when the fuel system re-primes or something. So maybe that's what this guy did.

Exactly this, happens on the Tacoma too. Made me shit my pants when all of a sudden our tent at Pismo was lit up with my led bar and I panicked and thought someone was trying to steal my itty bitty Tacoma

You drive a turd gen doesn't surprise me lol

I laugh when I see stock setups running glass :burp: There a little first gen gardening truck around where I live that has front and rear glass, I always get a kick out of it. I'm assuming the guy figured it was cheaper doing that then buying new fenders but who knows

Yes, finally. Rona's regulations state that you have to wear a mask inside at all times, though, so I'm holding off for a bit longer.
