Tailgate alignment ?

    I am going to jump on this thread with a different angle question, I just had my tailgate repaired, when I went to pick it up, I noticed a gap between between the edge of the bed and the edge of the tailgate that I swear was flush before, now I can see daylight, on both sides. They are going to re-look at it, however, my spouse says it is fine, I don't feel it is. Anyone have suggestions?

    I think mine has a small gap, pictures would help use determine if its normal or not

    I measured mine just now, 3/16'' gap dead even throughout both sides.

    @zoo truck can you see daylight throughout both sides? I mean the one (passenger) isn't nearly as bad so I am guessing they will have to adjust it, I just don't recall seeing that gap before and unfortunately I don't have any clear pics on it before I had the disagreement with the telephone pole :(

    Just got it back (again) from the Collision Center and they fixed it! This is much better! Thank you all!!
