Lol they call its dual sport cause it a dirt bike with street tires.

 

It's a bi-sexual bike. It goes both ways, and probably isn't all that good for either one.



Actually, the DRZ's have a good reputation for doing a good job on road and dirt.

 

but once you put road tires on a dirt bike. It's not good for dirt anymore

 

Yeah he's already ordered new tires since the ones on it are apparently way smaller than what should be on there.

 

Strap it to the side like a side car and help it get to speed on the freeway.

Damn. I look for one and the only one I have is when the first time we got it running.

 

I got the grill setup to do some indirect heat smoking on some pork belly this morning. The wood caught faster than I expected and it looked like the back of our house was on fire. Dylan grabbed a fan to blow some away so he could make it in and out of the house from the shop without his eyes watering to hell.

 

How'd it turn out?

I would have brought some boudin and sausage!

 

I will probably end up doing more tomorrow. Today was sort of a trial run to see how it worked with the grill and it came out well even though temperature control was a little harder than with the smoker.
