How’s the snow in the winter? My dad has been looking for a good smaller town to retire to with some property.

Are you able to get scrap metal from your work?

Scraped off gasket and some carbon off of my block today, hoping it will clean up and be flat enough for spec.

Still haven't figured out why my head gasket blew/block or head cracked/ warped.

Yeah, we go through lots of mild steel and have drops from some good alloys like 4140 and such.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

4th is probably a bad day for me to get away. One of our dogs does really badly with fireworks. I'd be down for a day trip on the 3rd or an over night trip on the 5th to 6th.

It probably helps having the ballasts attached to a side mount somewhere like you do.
I bet most people just toss those parts in the tray area and bounce all over the place.
I mounted mine with double back Velcro

picked up an oil filter for my soon coming change. I was going to try and wait until after a camping trip i have planned in july, but i'm driving way more than i thought i would so that's not happening. I've had the oil for a few months as a found a killer deal on it at Costco. now the time has finally come to use it up!

206k, but it is supercharged (possible from the day it drove off the lot) I also don't think i overheated it but might have not let it warm up enough one time immediately before it became a smoke cloud

Making progress for a dual intake air temperature sensor for the supercharger, same gauge.

Dual Temperature gauge will give me temperature before the throttle body and after the supercharger has compressed the air going into the lower intake off the supercharger in the same gauge.

do you have Morimotos? If so, you do have a relay. It’s the gold or silver box with the big plug on it. You can contact the retrofit source and buy a new one for ten bucks.

@Fernando the gold “moto control” box is the relay I was talking about.
