    I used to not throw anything away. I’ve gotten better at that. I got that from my dad, he kept everything. He said it came from growing up poor.

    Moving is the best way to get rid of stuff.

    I tell myself that if I have something that I have not used in three years, scrap it. But I don't listen to myself.

    My dads parents got killed in a car wreck when he was 12, 1961. He was in a coma for two weeks and almost didn’t make it. Lived with our cousin after that, his poor and my poor are entirely different.
