Added a GMRS radio to the arsenal. Sharing a single antenna with the 400 via an antenna switch, to protect the LNA on the radios until I can come up with the correct filters.

Add one of those sticky paper lint rollers to your arsenal and you'll fare better!

Temporary headache rack in the form of a piece of plywood might be a good idea.

I will try that. Thank you. The sound wasnt as noticeable on video. In person it’s very distinct. Idle starts to drop then Sounds like It’s coming from the air intake. Like a valve is opening and air is dumping in. Then idle comes back up

Yesterday we slapped on some basic running boards so the wife and kiddo can get in easier, then gave it a much needed bath.

Need to touch up the skids after install today. Gonna be a pain in the ass with a rattle can, so I may grab a little tub of bedliner.

No. I only heard it when I was leaning on the fender installing the electronics last week. Sounded like metal on plastic, which is what it was.

    Looks sweet

How much did this cost you? I had the roof on mine done a few months ago for 400$ and when I called the same place back they want $500 and change for the hood saying it's more complex....

But it's less material than the hood.

Just a thought but while rattle cans might be a pain in the butt you usually end up with a more satisfactory result, in my experience anyway.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
...and so it begins. After the first mod, it gets easier for the next etc.

Oh absolutely, but thankfully I just need to touch up a couple of edges so I'm gonna leave them bolted on for it.

Meh. Didn’t have fishing line and the dental floss I have is made out of cotton. I was careful and the towel helped. Good as new

This one leaves white hair everywhere, but luckily it isn’t “sticky” so I can open the doors and blow it out with a leaf blower
