Need to do laundry; heart is telling me to go out and drive on some BLM

 

How’s your hourly pay? I get 50hrs a week period. but only been there 7 months so I make starting pay at $11 an hour (good for starting pay in ga). 10 hours overtime a week plus if my crew leader gives me more than I get more. Like last week I got 64 hours check.

How long have you been in the business?
I’m assuming your pay is good seeing the commercial stuff I’ve seen you post.

Im union and work in the bay area. So my pay is alot more then yours at 35$ a hour while working in my union. If i goto San Francisco it goes up because that union pays more.
I started on at 24$ here 10 months ago
And there is always over time here plus we are oncall.

 

If it dont smell you can wear it 2-3 times

 

Also, 3 is the maximum amount of times you can drink your piss before it's toxic and kills you.

kind of just accepted that it is what it is and there's only so much I can control (which isn't much, unfortunately). Looking like the day will come and go and I will have to pay $100 and file a complaint with the court then have a hearing to get a decision to have it legally enforced. And there's a chance they rule in his favor.

I'm still boggled that he's adamant about staying here despite having complaints about it and not being wanted here. I'm guessing he looked at other options and realized that he had a solid hookup here and squandered it

Not quite that simple with rental agreements and the like. Tenants have rights, yada yada. In CA a landlord can only evict a tenant if they go through the courts and win an eviction lawsuit. Not sure what the laws in CO are like for that sort of thing though. Don't get me wrong I think this dude needs to get abducted by aliens and never seen or heard from again, but unfortunately it's usually not so simple as just kicking a person out.

 

Easier for a parent to kick a kid out of the house than it is for a landlord to kick out a tenant lol.

 

I think you can kick em out if you give them a lead time

Can confirm, it's a nice jacket. I have burned holes in it when a chunk of slag falls on me when welding over head. I use leather lincoln electric welding gloves from home depot. I also picked up some of those miller mechanics style welding gloves you see Finnegan wear on his show. They are good for tacking, grinding and small welding jobs, but burn through on larger jobs/long hot welds. Body positioning if welding overhead matters more than anything, but you will get burned and ruin some shirts. I had a chunk of slag fall into "my beltline" and melt into my skin, I was rolling around my garage floor almost crying, must have looked like I got shot or something, god that sucked.

From talking with my wife's uncle about it that rents out some properties, it's ridiculously hard to get rid of someone that doesn't want to leave and is still within the terms of their lease. Unless it's a blatant violation like not paying rent, and even then in CA you have to go through the eviction process which can take months

 

I hate shitty tenants so friggin much... I don't need to type all the deets but I turned into a shitty tenant when I had a separation from a significant other and was in a bad place mentally... I kicked myself out after 2 months of forking up and moved into a van, it was nicer than being a dbag to my landlord like my neighbor was. He was screwing up worse than I was and dug into that apt like a roach.

Owner had to get the sheriff to come and forcibly remove him and that was 5 months after i kicked myself out

yup, have to go to court and get a judgment to get the sheriff involved.

Despite "finding a new apartment" he has dug his heels in and continued to show no sign of good faith by packing. Even before he started "feeling sick" he squandered Saturday by lazing around and watching TV etc
