some people are early birds. I know people like that.

I'm both, wake up at 5am and sleep at 11+ pm.
    Sleep is for the weak.

you won't notice any difference once you get used to the change in sleep times.

I used to do the same thing when I worked out a lot before work took over. I'd let weekends be a catch up day. and actually get 8 hours lol.

you can't actually "catch up" on sleep...

2 hours isn’t much catching up anyways, just makes me feel better.

I’m used to 6 hours a night so it’s easier for me than say if someone else got the same before a ride day or something.

I've read some of the studies before. They seem to base most of it off of blood pressure, heart rate, and reaction times.

I of course can’t test reaction time outside of anything other than video games, which I’m same as always lol.

blood pressure and heart rate are always great. Actually a lot of times they check heart rate twice because it’s so low.

I’m also not affected by morning
mood swings, I’m not a menstruating woman, rather I wake up on my own, someone wakes me up, if I have coffee or I don’t.

when I get free time at work this is one of those things I looked into when buying my bed last year.

my thinking is quality of sleep over quantity, reason why i didn't mind spending a little extra on the bed since it had a 30 or more day trial period.

I can def agree with this. my mattress is one of the best things I've ever bought. I can get 6 hours of sleep on it and feel much much better than getting 9 hours somewhere else.

Hey y'all, just ordered JBA High Caster UCAs. Stoked. I should start a build thread soon.

Also, I'm getting myself a matching spare wheel/tire, do OE spare wheels have TPMS or not? I haven't lowered mine down to check it yet but after a few quick searches I'm finding a lot of conflicting info.

I remember why I don't like automatic transmission, I don't even have the pump or the three pistons apart yet and have a table full of parts already.
