I meant to follow up on this. Turns out my issue wasn’t related to the SPC arms at all. I had installed some coilovers at the same time as the UCA’s and when I went to install the replacement arm that SPC sent me, I found that a nut on the drivers side of the sway bar had loosened up a lot. That’s definitely why it’s recommended to check torque on everything after a few hundred miles. I have to say, SPC customer service couldn’t have been any better. Great folks to deal with!

Great outcome. I am installing the new arm on Wends. I will report back.

UPDATE- Installed new arm. Pop/sound gone. It seemed to be the bushing inside. Must have been a bad one from the factory.

Ran a set on my 17' for a year before its started making noise on stops/starts and turning. Same as above, rock the truck and you can hear noise coming from UCA's. SPC warrantied a new set of UCA's and it fixed the issue. They said they had a "bad batch" of bushings and most likely that was the problem. Jump 5 months forward to now and the new set is starting to do the same thing again.

2010 Offroad, 6in lift on 35's. I am having the same issue with my SPS's. Only about 10,000 miles, some offroad miles. Started to hear a knock/pop sound when light turning or going over bumps. Got it in my shop at work and immediately noticed some play and movement in the upper bolt. This is after one of the ball joints started failing after about 5,000 miles, replaced under warranty. At this point, I might stay with these if SPC or the shop is going to warranty them, but I am convinced these UCA's are garbage. When its time, I will be moving to TC or Camburg
