Talk to me about the awning that is on your roof rack or bed rack. I'm looking for one for the post-ride libations and for road trips. I was considering the ARB 2000 X 2500 (primarily because I can get the room attachment for it and use it for camping as a tent). What are your setups and what do you like about it? It's going on a Prinsu Cabrac (I already have the awning mounts on order).

I have that thing. It kind of sucks. Most bike torque values are at the top end of that. And the ratcheting T-handle doesn’t have enough leverage to work well with it at the end of the scale. It’s doable, but I’m not enjoying it as much as I thought I would. Also wish it was just in NM. I did the conversion once and generally remember it, but still... I bought one of the large kits. It’s nice, but torque tool is meh.

    ...stuff
    thank you!

I just got back from a nice ride in Kitty Country. I was not fortunate enough to see a kitty, but I did see two teenage girls walking their puppy through the park, the park that doesn’t allow dogs BECAUSE of the mountain lions. *face palm* and a teachable moment.

First pedal bite in like 4 years... knock on wood. Front wheel hit a rock and stopped on a steep section of climb, and I just slow motion went forward and over the bars. Hilarious, should’ve worn my knee pads for climbing, but I probably still won’t to be honest.

Looks like you had a blast! When you say trout farm, is it a place you'd go to pick out trout or would you fish them? never heard of fishing being allowed at a fish farm. Bet they taste great!!

It's a fish hatchery that have a couple of ponds where you can fish for dinner. You don't pay to fish but you pay for what you catch by the pound. They can clean it for you for $1 a fish and put in ice. I paid $30 total for 6lbs of rainbow trout. I would've probably paid >$80 for the same at Whole Foods :D

    #3 here.

Apparently my reading comprehension was horrid yesterday as I didn’t follow @abacall formatting at all. Felt compelled to go back and update my post this morning.
