Got the frame for my logger box built, and got the box itself cut to shorten it. I’ll be welding hard the next couple days to get this done.

Vac line huh? That's a good idea. I've always grabbed the dumb double jointed long nose pliers.
I like that vac line idea to get those PIA plugs out

If they are local, you should swing by, this is “blemished” and they had a few more left. They sell them at a discounted rate. I just emailed and asked if they had any. Super friendly and easy to get ordered.

Out of a 2000 4x4 MT with a 2.7. No leaks. I replaced it because I don't trust the plastic tanks after 20 years.

Right? Its 2 hoses, 4 bolts for the fan shroud, 4 bolts for the radiator itself. I would have done it earlier, but I've only owned the truck for 2 years.

And in all honesty, it spent most of its life in northern Canada, not exactly weather that degrades plastic. Its probably good for a while yet. But, I had the truck apart anyway, may as well just get it done.

I'll hold onto it a bit, I might have some other uses for it. Solar heating has always sounded like an interesting project.

Should probably clean the bugs out first tho.
