Got the bumper mounted up today. Brute Force Fab does a damn fine job. Now I just need to find a good sale on a Winch! It looks a little bare without it.

Nice! I'm nervous about mine, truck has 90k on it and they haven't been touched since the last alignment at 10k. I may go ahead and order replacements just to be safe.

 

Well, you can always start squirting them with some penetrant now and hope it helps. I bought a set of slightly used SPC cams as backups just in case and didn't need them, but I still have an FJ to do in the near future so I am holding on to them for now

I have lots of fun hobbies like reminiscing about All the fun we had when I used to wheel, talking about when I used to wheel, looking at the trail damage from when I used to wheel, thinking about all the money I spent on my truck when I used to wheel, etc...

 

what part or OR are you from? I love that state, been rockhounding all over it. I fly in to Medford when I visit my dad in Siskiyou county CA.

 

I would love to live in Oregon but damn that 10% income tax!

 

No sales tax though.. So go but keep your TN residency, best of both worlds lol.

I have been to OR as many times as I’ve been to the moon, but once upon a time I had all these jokers believing I was a bonafide Oregonese.

I've looked into it and my best friend lives just across the border in Vancouver, WA. If you work in Oregon you have to pay the income tax, even if you "reside" in Tennessee. My buddy gets to avoid income tax because WA doesn't have it and he(and many others) often drive over to Oregon to make purchases to avoid sales tax.

 

I'm better for knowing you, I had a job interview in OR right after thanksgiving, and because of having talked to you I knew how to hack through that regional dialect. I told them to fawk off after they said I would be better suited for a job in sacramento.

I vaguely remember someone with a sweet white first gen and a crawler installed but he's just a hazy, distant memory.

 

My new wire stripper had this yellow tool in the box too. Never seen one before. Anyone know what all it does?
