Biddeford and OOB - family. Nothing exciting, I might break the rules and go get some pizza at the pier but otherwise we're bringing all our crap with us and not venturing.

Never was a huge fan of them. They're good, but I don't usually "levitate" toward fries, regardless.

Also cleaning out my garage to prep for the install of a 10' rig. :spy: My wife is like a facebook marketplace genie. Found a used Again Faster rig for decently cheap money. Going to pick it up today. It's got 14' tall uprights which i'll need to cut down, but that's not a big deal. Need to actually clean out my garage so we have room for it, our rower/ bike erg, barbells, bumper plates etc... pumped since the garage has just turned into a storage dump for all the kids shit. Now it will finally be useful again since our SUV's don't fit in it.

That's what we're thinking. This is a $1,600 rig that i'm picking up for $650. And it's got this giant muscle up outrigger setup bolted to it that i'm gonna mount on some 6x6's behind by house for a rope climb/ muscle up rig. I actually picked up an old concept 2 model C rower for cheap 2 weeks ago, and with a $55 kit from concept 2 upgraded all the internals to the same shit as the newer rowers. All new chain, handles, bearings, axles, sprocket, pulleys etc.. So a basically brand new rower for about 40% the cost of new all in with replacement parts. Waiting on prices of dumbells to go down, or for Rogue to just re-stock the 5-50# rubber hex head set. People are trying to get retarded money for them right now.

    Free appetizer!

Unfortunately, heading to a small funeral this weekend. My grandmother passed away over the weekend so they're doing a small gathering that I guess we could call a 'funeral'. We did our camping trip up to Plattsburgh last weekend, had a nice 4 day weekend.
Hell, that's still how I view most MA residents! (although for a different reason)

Not sure yet. Between Mayhem and Linchpin. Honestly leaning towards Mayhem as I like doing strength cycles, working a strength portion into the session before metcon a few days a week.

Our first box switched to traditional programming like Linchpin maybe 2 years after we started and we weren't a fan of it. Then again they changed to target much broader audience which we also didn't care for. We'll probably give each a month or and see which we like better. It'll probably take me a week or 2 to get the rig installed. I've got clean the basement and cut it down to size. It's 14' tall and I only have 9' ceilings.

Full on rig was my wife. I wanted a compact folding rig, or just a smaller wall mount slim rig. She wanted a full power cage or a giant wall mount setup like this. She wants to have at least 2 squat stations and multiple pull up stations. I'm still going to have to make another squat station with this rig. But i'm cutting 5' off the top of the 3 uprights, so i'm thinking i can fire up the ole flux core and booger weld a small squat stand out of the excess.
